I'm sorry you have such a painful, debilitating disease!. I'm not a doctor, I speak from experience!.

I think you should consider joining an FMS (fibromyalgia syndrome) support group - either online or in your area!. Find one that is a good fit for you!. Other members seem to have resources the rest of us never find!.

Do your own research online!. Just be careful of where they lead!. I've inadvertently gotten to sites offering "cures" (they don't exist) and trying to sell me their product several times!. I've listed several links to get you started!.

Lyrica was recently approved by the FDA, see if your doctor will give that a try!. It's still expensive, unless you have insurance!.

I almost forgot - just to be sure, have a complete thyroid panel run on yourself!. That frequently is off (hypothyroidism) and can make the fatigue even worse!.

My heart goes out to you!. I hope you find a treatment regimen that will mitigate your illness!. Good luck!.

I like doing pilates because it is a great way to stretch the muscles and it it not so tough on the joints!. A slow paced walk is an easy way to get some cardio in!. I am just trying to get back to exercising too after a few months of bad flare-ups and way too many late nights working!. Really as long as you start slow and move a little more each time the weight will come off!. Of course, watching what you eat will get it off faster (easier said than done!.!.!.I have NO will power!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

sleep and eat healthy (ever hour of sleep you burn 60 cal!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
