Question: Can i spread shingles to other parts of my body touch!?
can i spread shingles to other parts of my body by touch!?
like if i touch it (its on my thigh and lower back) and then touch my face, will i get shingles there!?
also, when i sleep and it rubs on my cover and i move around will the part of the cover that it touched cause a spreading if it touches somewhere else!?
same with using towels :(

I'm not seeing an answer to your particular question and I'm not a doctor!. I did find a couple of good links you may want to read about the shingles!.
I've know a couple of people that had it and it did not spread!. It stayed in the same general area the whole time!.

Yes you can shingles are very contagious!. we had a person come into our ER and we did not know that the person had shingles and needless to say because of staff working on many floors every floor got shingles it was a total mess!. Be very careful and talk to your doctor about what you should do to prevent this from spreading!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
