Answers:
I had a mole on my face!. Went to the dermatologist and here is what happened:
First, she cleaned the mole and the area immediately around it!.
Next, she injected the area to deaden it!.
After the mole and area were numb, she took the scalplel and just shaved it off!.
After that, she put a round BandAid on it!.
That's it!.
I wasn't allowed to get the area wet for three days or so!.
It healed up nicely, no scar, can't even tell it was there!.
(She did send the mole for biopsy, just to be on the safe side!. There was no indication before having the mole removed that any cancer was there, it is a precaution!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dermatoligist will clean and numb the area!. Then cut it out quickly with a knife!. I've had 3 removed that way, quick and painless, left with a tiny bandaid on each one!. I've also had removal by large knife and biopsied and was precancerous and had to go back and have a larger chunk cut out from the same area to assure that all precancerous skin was removed!. That left a large hole and an overproduction of scarring that caused a raised lump of a scar!. Glad it's on my back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They may use a scalpel and cut around the mole; they may burn it with liquid nitrogen or laser!. Creams don't remove anything except special ones like for genital warts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
