Is eczema curable? Is CLOBETASOL available in any pharmacy everywhere?!

Question: Is eczema curable!? Is CLOBETASOL available in any pharmacy everywhere!?
I have fungus on my feet and growth is controlled because of the many kinds of creme I am applying on them!. I have these for over 5 years!. some of my toes/nails are already affected!.

During April of 2008, I consulted my problem with dermatologist in Philippines!. I was given CLOBETASOL (Ultra Healing Cream)!. It was effective but when I stopped using it, again there is itchy and sores on my feet!.

Is CLOBETASOL available in other countries!?

Please advice!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Clobetasol propionate is available worldwide as a 0!.05% strength ointment, cream, gel or foam!. However, because it's such a powerful corticosteroid, it's never used on a long-term basis because of the potential for side effects and symptom resurgence!. 2-3 weeks is the longest that treatment normally lasts, ending after satisfactory results have been achieved!.

Clobetsol is NOT an anti-fungal agent!. It temporarily reduces swelling and inflammation!. Unless you are suffering from NON-FUNGAL eczema or psoriasis the medication will only temporarily stop the side effects!. In addition, topical creams will not counteract fungus under the nail!. You will need an oral anti-fungal such as FLUCONAZOLE, KETOCONAZOLE or NYSTATIN to permanently cure your infection!. They are inexpensive and covered under all major insurances

Also: saying you have "eczema" is like saying you have "a cough"!. Eczema is just a very general term for skin inflammation, and can be caused by a million different things, from allergies to cancer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eczema is not curable but it is treatable and can be managed!. My son has it!. We moisturize his skin all day long- at least 3 times!. Also get some eczema cream for babies and use it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I work in a pharmacy in the USA and we do have Clobetasol but it does require a prescription from a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
