Dizzy spells and partial black outs.?!

Question: Dizzy spells and partial black outs!.!?
For about three years now I've had this problem!. When it started, maybe every few days I'd stand up and getreally dizzy and things would get fuzzy and black from the outside in!. I usually look down to focus myself and keep from passing out!. The past few months it's been really bad, happening almost every time I stand up and lasts alot longer!. During my pregnancy I'd actually pass out and it started happening so frequently I was scared to go anywhere!. I don't remember what it's called but I believe the dr said it was synopse!? Which is random fainting spells!. Although I don't faint now I'm still worried!. I eat a lot and drink lots of water so I know that's not the problem!. I'm 21 take celexa atenelol and occassionslly Xanax!. I weigh 105 and my weight has remained the same for about four years even during my pregnancy!. I really think something wrong with and I need some advice or ideas!. Thanks! Www@Answer-Health@Com

See a doctor!.

And your weight is a little on the light side, you are likely not nourished highly enough with proteins or small amounts of sugar, no energy drinks or vitamin overdoses!.

At your weight, you should be extremely cautious with alcohol, which is also dehydrating, in addition to being toxic, 100 percent pure poison, for your organs to be stressed with!.

I am trying to say that there is not enough iron in your blood; have it checked!.

Read this also, you are having classic side effects outlined above!.

Have you tried using Effexor!?

You may need a vitamin supplement, as in OneADay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Snycope
It can happen because of changes in BP from sit to stand!. It could be a side effect of the medication!. Basically it could be from numerous things!. If you are still worried about the dizziness I would consult your DR and see what they can do for you!.

eat more fruit - that cant be bad

this sumtimes happens to me, i usually just get up slower or if i feel dizzy i just sit back down (its better to sit than to fall off ur bed and pull your cd player on to ur head, i have done this :P)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get that a lot

as far as i know its caused by low blood pressure

remember to get up slowly from laying or sitting, put your head between your knees if you feel faint!.

and also see you doctor again for a check in case its something seriousWww@Answer-Health@Com

well, i'm the last person you would want to talk to, but it sounds like something is wrong!.
ask a doctor if you are worried!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start checking your blood pressure when layin down!., sitting up then standing!. I bet it is dropping!. Easy to fix but just get a baseline reading and let the doctors know what is happening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Brilliant photo, particularly your eyes, BTW!. Everyone now and then gets dizzy spells from getting up, but if it's regular it could be something serious!. Most likely cause, though, is a combo of diet issues (which could cause anemia), lack of sleep, and blood pressure!. If you are trying TOO HARD at keeping your slim figure, you could be not getting enough protein and bringing up concerns of anorexia, which would cause these effects!. Drinking water is great, but the reason some people do it is simply to not gain calories, ergo my mention of anorexia!. Your medications could exacerbate these problems!. I would suggest besides seeing a primary care doc, but see a nutritionist!. There are ways to keep your weight at 105, even after preganancy, but make sure that you don't cause damage to own self!.

Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Poor iron blood =Anemia
Iron deficiency Anemia (IDA) often caused by insufficient iron intake, this doesn't develop immediately,Instead a person progresses through stages of iron deficiency, beginning with iron depletion where iron in body is reduced while the RB Cs remain constant!.
There can be several reasons, insufficient iron in diet, poor absorption of iron by the body, blood loss, most common with menstruation, or from some other source of loss in testing tract!.(Not saying this is all your causes)!.
The dizzy spells may be caused by the foods you eat such as sweets or to many carbs, could also be high B!?P (blood has hard time flowing through body)Diabetes this is from sugar levels in body most common!.
May have some serious consequence's if not treated soon such as -stroke, heart attacks,or loss of eye sight and more!.
You should see your doctor again and get blood work done, this is nothing to play with do this ASAP for your safety and well being!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
