I am 14 years old and have been diagnosed with Glaucoma?!

Question: I am 14 years old and have been diagnosed with Glaucoma!?
I just found out yesterday!.

When I went to my check up at the eye doctor they did pressure tests and my left eye was 12 and my right eye was 20!. He said come back in two weeks because it might be a fluke!. So, I came back and my left eye was 20 and my right eye was 22!. So he told me I had it and I'm running some tests in another two weeks!.

He said eye drops might help and then I read up on wikipedia and it says laser eye surgery will also help!.

What are some other ways to help me eyes!?

I don't want to be 20 and blind =(Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are fortunate that you were diagnosed early!.
Treatment is fairly simple!. The doctor uses a laser to make a small opening in the iris to relieve the pressure!. If acute glaucoma is treated in time, vision should return almost to normal!.!.
Chronic glaucoma is treatable!. You will need eardrops or tablets that lower eye pressure, which you may have to take for the rest of your life!. If medication doesn't work, there's a laser procedure that creates an ariticial drainage channel!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat nutritious meals and be regular in putting eye drops in your eyes!.
In addition follow the following home remedy regularly!.

20 is on the moderately high side!. Go get a second opinion, there are many things that can be done, including drops and diuretics!.

I would definitely get a second opinion!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am sorry to hear about your condition!. i know how it feels when a doctor tells you that you might be blind shortly!. i also know, that god didn't say that, only a doctor!. the reason i believe this is because the same type of thing happened to me!. an eye doctor told me that i had retinitis pigmentosa!. it was getting progressively worse, rather quickly!. when i told a friend of mine, she said, the doctor said so, but god didn't say that!. and so she prayed and made a novena to st!. lucy, the patron saint of eyes and the blind!. during that week, while the eye doctor was examining my eyes for the second time that particular day, he was peering thru one of his instruments, into the back of my eye when he asked, 'do you believe in miracles!?" i got excited!. he said that a friend of his had won the irish sweepstakes twice and that my eyes were healing right before his eyes, as he was looking at them and that my miracle was bigger than his friends!. so, i am saying all of that to tell you to make a novena to st!. lucy!. i can help, and it sure as heck can't hurt!. i will be praying for you too!.
NOVENA TO SAINT LUCY FOR PERFECT VISION

Relying on Your goodness, O God, we humbly ask You, through the intercession of Saint Lucy, virgin and martyr, to give perfect vision to our eyes, that they may serve for Your greater honor and glory!. Saint Lucy, hear our prayers and obtain our petitions!. Amen

A Novena must be said every day for 9 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
