Answers:
Yes, gargling with salt water a few times a day will help!. For more immediate relief buy some throat spray such as Chloroseptic!.

When anyone in our home gets a cold (which is rare because we take care to eat right, exercise and take vitamins), we make homemade Chicken Soup and add tomatoes and jalapenos or Chile peppers!. The hotter the better!. Not only does the chicken soup nourish you, the heat from the peppers opens you up and lets you drain all that gunk!. If you aren't into cooking, grab a can of chicken soup mix it with a can of seasoned diced tomatoes (the kind with onions, garlic and pepper) and the whatever hot spice you have on hand and mix together!. And don't forget to drink lots of fluids and get your vitamin C!.

This especially is great before bed!. We all have had those nights wear you can hardly breathe from being stopped up!. Take a nice soak in the tub, eat a bowl of soup, watch a little tv then brush your teeth and gargle and crawl in bed!. Hope you get better really soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes gargling will help with any slight infections but to help with the soreness try some ice cream!. The cold will help dull the pain thats why they give icecream to kids after getting their tonsils out!. If it continues to be sore you should think about getting it looked at in case you need some antibiotics!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
