I would have to say yes you can get an STD from unprotected sex!!!
Even if you have sex with a virgin you can get a STD!.
Bacteria, Fungus and a Virus is all that is needed!.
Yeast infections (hello people)!.
If you leave a piece of food out for a couple of days it begins to rot!.!.!.!.
the air delivers microscopic organisms to destroy anything and everything!.
Have you ever smelled a used condom laying in the trash a day or two after!? It will smell like a disease for sure!.

A rather strange question, a little like asking if I never go into the water could I drown!? I pity today's youth, when I was sexually active there were three things you could catch!.
