Well I'm a teenage girl and I always have problems with spots drink beauty drink from morrisons or tescos it has lactoferrin in which fights bacterria and clears spots also freederm is a lotion that actually does work forget about the others freederm I actually use and I drank some beauty water it's awsome and helps delete all spots for good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

even tho pro activ did kind of work for me-i find best is
firstly a good diet-plenty fresh fruits & vegetables & loads of water!.!.!.!.
I also use exfoliate then use witch hazel cleansing face wash then sudo cream (its a nappy rash cream) or Metanium but its great i do this routine the night i get a bad breakout,the next day its much improved!
