I am the same exact way!. Before I was okay with the way I looked, but then I started watching a ton of modeling shows, and now when i look at my self, I see someone completely different!.

I feel so fat!. And I barely eat anything anymore!.
May weight has dropped dramatically, and my waist has
gone from 28 inches to 25 in 2 months!. It is unhealthy,
and I know, but I can't stop!. It is like an addiction!.

I talked to my mom about it, and she said that it IS a serious
mental problem, and if the problem continues, then i will have
to get help!.

So maybe the best thing to do would be to talk to your parents
about it!. It isn't OUR fault that we think the way we do!. But if we
don't tell anyone things will only get worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you may be in danger as you fear!. The amount you are eating is not healthy and the obsession with your weight, exercise and eating as little as possible are all classic signs of anorexia!. The fact that that your realize this is a problem is good!. You may need professional help if you can't become more accepting of your body and stop the destructive behavior!. Is there something else bothering you that this fixation on and hyper control of your weight is helping you to not have to deal with!? Anorexia as a coping mechanism is bad news!. It is a disease that can be fatal but certainly doesn't have to be if you stop now!. The longer this goes on the harder it will be to stop!. You have a long life full of promise ahead of you take care of your self and don't let an obsession destroy you!.

Take care and God bless!.

It's a good sign that you don't know how many calories you're eating for dinner!. It's a good sign that your weight is very normal!.

I think you are just self-conscious, and no wonder when media images (air-brushed and trimmed by computer) can make us that way!.

It should pass with time, as you grow more confident about who you are and how you look!. So, I don't think this is AN!.

The exercise you are doing would probably not be called obsessive or excessive by many at all these days!.

I would advise you to try and eat something for breakfast!. Going without and then exercising can lower your blood sugar, make you feel out of it!.

Take care :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
