Yup -- but if you can feel it beating, and the area that moves is larger than a quarter size, then the heart may be enlarged!. But, if it's smaller, then it's very normal, and nothing to worry about, except think it's cool that you can "see" it beating in your chest!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
