every time i spend time out in the sun i get little red splotches all over my arms and shoulders!. and i always feel dizzy and sick for about 2 days after i spend time in the sun!. i wear sunscreen, but it doesnt help too much!.
if it is sun poisoning, how do i treat it!?

Sun poisoning doesn't turn to skin cancer, no as long as you limit exposure to the sun!.
It sounds like sun burn more than sun poisoning, most sun poisoning ive seen is a purplish color!.

Well it sounds like you are either not using a good enough sun screen or you are missing spots causing red splotches!. The feeling dizzy and sick could be from dehydration, drink plenty of water!. Skin cancer is caused over time from repeated exposure to the sun without protection (a good sun screen) so I doubt it will turn into sink cancer!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have a friend who has this same thing, she is actually allergic to the sun, no amount of sunscreen can help that!. Try staying out of the sun for long periods of time and don't let large parts of the body be exposed to sunWww@Answer-Health@Com
