There is more nicotine in a cigar, because it is larger!. Look up the process for hand rolling a cigar!. It is all 100% tobacco that has been cured!. Some flavored cigars are infused with oil when they are curring!. If you smoke a cigar on occasion you should not see any adverse health performance!.
