Pain and blood when i poop?!
Question: Pain and blood when i poop!?
I'm a 19 year old guy!.
For a few weeks, I've had the following problem!. When I poop, there is sharp pain which continues until the first inch (estimate) or so is out (feels like until my anus is as wide as it's gonna get)!. After that, it doesn't hurt to finish pooping!. When I wipe, I find blood on the toilet paper!. Sometimes there's more than other times!. A couple of times the water in the bowl had a red tint to it!. I wipe until it's wiped up (if it does continue to bleed, it doesn't last long because I'm not wiping for 5 minutes or anything)!. Then I pull up my trousers and I'm fine until my next toilet visit!.
My anus doesn't seem irritable, though it has itched a decent number of times in the past few weeks!.

it might be an anal fissure which is a tear in the skin on the inside of your anus!. This can cause the bleeding, pain and itching!. A hemmorid can also cause that as well as more serious problems!. Blood in the toilet should be taken seriously!. You should see a doc to make sure you don't have an inflammatory condition or polyps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
is the blood bright red (meaning it is fresher)!? If so, may be an anal fissure (you have a slight tear of the opening of the anus)!. This is somewhat common with straining with bowel movement!. This would cause red blood on the tissue!. The itching could be the tear healing!. !.
If continues though and there is blood actually in the bowel movement, this is more serious and would need colonoscopy to check for more serious internal colon problems Www@Answer-Health@Com

As you know, I am not a doctor!. But it sounds like you possibly could have a rectal fissure, which is like a tiny tear in the lining of the rectum!. It can cause pain and rectal bleeding such as you describe!.
But I must tell you that beyond following a high fiber diet and drinking tons of water (these make the poop easier to pass and less likely to keep irritating your rectum), you REALLY NEED to go back to the butt doctor and report that your symptoms have returned!.

Your problem is constipation/dry stool!.
Get a stool softener from the store and take daily!.
Drink at least 10 big glasses of water a day (not just any liquid)!.
The bleeding is probably from small "cracks" around the anus which occur when skin is overstretched (fissure in anus)!.
It is not serious, but can predispose to infection, especially in those with compromised immune system!.

I would think you have a fissure, its a small tear in the wall, and when its stretched it bleeds, usually a hard stool has caused it!. but it needs checking up, so see your doctor, he will tell you in a minute if its more serious than that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
