Question: Is there no cure for I!.B!.S!? !?
all i find is just treatment with herbal stuff but that's about it!. so far nothing like "here take this pill and it's gone" any ideas about this!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

-limit dairy products
-make sure you get enough calcium whether its through supplements or food
-avoid vegetables that cause bloating such as cauliflower and broccoli
-add fiber to your diet
-avoid stressful situations
-no smoking

my husband has hardly had any trouble with it at all since the dr put him on pain medication for his back!. seems like a side effect of the pain medicine helps his IBS (Crohn's Disease)Www@Answer-Health@Com
