Question: Hey, I've been sick since Wednesday and I had a sore throat and a very bad cough and a bad nose!?

It's Monday now my sore throat is gone!.
But I am still coughing like hell!. Runny nose is gone aswell
And my stomach goes tense as everytime I cough!.
