Is soap and water for face bad?!

Question: Is soap and water for face bad!?
I have very greasy skin and have recently started to use a bar of soap and warm water to wash my face with, it works well to get rid of my spots and stops my skin from being greasy!. However I have heard that this can be bad for your skin, is this true!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
People say it can be bad because it dries your face but if you've got greasy skin anyway I'm sure it won't matter too much however, i recomend changeing to a face wash that is speshially for greasy skin as that's what i do!.

Have you considered seeing a dermatologist if you have issues that you don't like about your skin!? Check the BBB before you go to one!.

Also I use Neutrogena face wash from over the counter with my skin products!. I'm sure there's something for greasy skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you use general soap that you use for the hands it damages your skin and dries it very badly!.
The soap you can use is anti-bacterial soap or baby soap ONLY!.

Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, soap and water is what dermatologists recommend!. As you can already see, it's working well for you!. Keep doing what you are doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Really hot water and harsh mass produced soaps can leach natural skin conditioners, so try a balance of warm water and a well made natural soap!. Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com
