My cousin keeps getting these bumps on her legs and arms?!

My cousin doesn't go outside that much and stays inside the house and does the computer all day!. She keeps getting these itchy bumps on her arms and legs,she itches them until she gets scabs and picks the scabs and itches them again!. she doesn't know why she keeps getting the bumps please help what's wrong with herWww@Answer-Health@Com
