Question: Ocular Migraines/visual migraine!?
is there anyone there that gets visual migrain!.!.i have had this today!.!.its my third time!.!.!.and very scary!.!.!.!.!.can anyone relate and tell me what they experience and how they cope!.!.!.do yo panic!.!.!.or just wait for it to go away!.!.!.!.!.i get the broken glass type images!.!.!.and its colorfulWww@Answer-Health@Com

I get visual migraines, my vision goes into brightly coloured swirls and squiggles - like a seething mass!. Then as it starts to clear i get a tiny bit of normal vision and then gradually normal vision comes back!. During this time i like to be around people and hear that everything is normal around me - when i have the bad migraine headache - all i can do is stay very still in a room that has the least amount of light as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
