Meningitis can be fatal and in recent years has had a resurgence in high school and college age people!. Only you can make the decision for yourself if the vaccine is right for you!. no it dosent i have had mine at school you get three shots you don't feel anything its really fast but after you have had it you cant lift your arm but they shoot you with your oppisite of your writing handWww@Answer-Health@Com
