Question: How do you get rid of Psoriasis!?
Ever since I moved from New York to North Carolina, my skin on my forehead and on my scalp has been really dry!.!.!.I used Dandruff Shampoo thinking thats what It was!.!.!.!.but It didn't work!. My mom said she thinks I have psoriasis so now I wanted to know how to cure it!.!.!.

if you have the healthcare you need, you should go to a dermatologist!. He can help with what you have and what you need for it!. If it is psoriasis, I'd suggest loooking for a brand of psoriasis shampoo, which they do have, I've seen it!. Also, if that doesn't work, I do know they have psoriasis lotion, maybe, if you can get to your scalp!.

I had the same problems, went to Dr who gave me a script for a Tar based shampoo, as this worked on my scalp when I washed my hair twice weekly I also rubbed it onto my problem face areas!. Very successful!. The name of the shampoo was Fongitar but the company, Steifel Laboratores Pty Ltd, Singapore, has now stopped making it!. ( I live in Australia so shampoo may be obtainable in other countries) I have yet to try another tar based shampoo!. Ingredients as listed on bottle: Polytar 1% contains: Tar 0!.3%, Cade Oil 0!.3%, Coal Tar Solution 0!.1%, Arachis Oil extract of Coal Tar 0!.3%, Also contains Imidazolidinyl Urea 5!.15 mgm/mL Hope this is helpful!. I have had psoriasis for 17 years!. There is no cure!. You should go see a dermatologist to see if it is psoriasis!. If is then your dermatologist can start you on medicine to help control psoriasis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
there isn't a cure!. I've had it for 40 years!. there are medicines at the store that you can buy but they usually don't work!. You should go see the Dr!. and get it diagnosed, I'm sure there are new drugs for it!.!.!.if you can afford it !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Neutrogena T/Gel Shampoo Extra Strength kept it under control for me!. You can buy it at your local pharmacy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
