Question: Is my father a "cancer survivor!?"!?
He had prostate cancer 10 years ago, and surgery cured him!.
Five years ago, he attended a ceremony for cancer survivors!.
Last year, he died of stomach cancer that had spread to his liver!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

He was!.!.!.!.!.Usually 5 clear years qualifies one as a "survivor"!.
His stomach cancer and then metastases to the liver were probably not related, as he went 10 years inbetween!. But sadly enough, he wasn't a survivor this time around!.

Yes, he was a cancer survivor!. Unfortunately the second time round he didnt make it!. I would still consider him a cancer survivor for the first time round!. I am so so sorry for your loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
