Answers:
Pancreatitis is often painful!.

If pancreatitis is the cause for the pain (which he will only know by going to the doctor) then he probably has what is known as Chronic Pancreatitis!. This is where it can come back many times in his lifetime!.

It is very important for him to see a doctor as it can be signs of not just Pancreatitis (which is life-threatening) but also other potentially deadly problems!.

I'm not sure what you can do at this point but if he becomes unconscious or anything of that related manner, dial 911 immediately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is not much you can do!. Pancreatitis is very painful and serious!. When it get to the point of no return he will know it - although, the longer he waits the more difficult it is to cure and the more serious the situation - he can cause his other organs to fail!. As for his other injury, he is risking infection and he is fully aware of this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pancreatitis is inflammation of the pancreas!. Spicy foods, fried foods, and caffeine will aggravate it!. If he is in immense pain he needs to go to the ER, possibly be admitted to the hospital for IV antibiotic therapy!. He should not eat anything, just clear liquids!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
