Is it harmful to exercise while sick with a cold?!

Question: Is it harmful to exercise while sick with a cold!?

I have the beginnings of a cold!. My throat hurts, I keep sneezing and my nose is stuffed!. My lungs feel like a pressure is on them, kind of hard to describe!. Plus, I'm a little dizzy!.

But I really wanted to work out today because I'm working on a weight loss goal before school starts, and I fear because I'm crunched for time and I don't want to lose any!.

I'm not sure what to do, can I exercise or should I just wait and rest!? I'm going to Cedar Point, the theme park, in a couple days and I don't want to be sick then, either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Head colds are usually not a problem when it comes to workouts!. You may want to take it easy, though, since your chest doesn't feel right!. Chest colds are definitely a reason *not* to work out!.

Hope you feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

t's a good thing to exercise! But bring extra water so you won't get dehydrated, because you get more thirsty when you have a cold!. It's important to be active when your sick!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rest and rest more ,you can faint and make it worst ;
then what !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Harmful!? probably not, though definitely unpleasant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
