This has happened to me before it freaks me out !.should i see a doctor, i feel he wont take it serious!. i told my mom about it and she basically just laughed and said to go to sleep but I'm scared to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry it is normal and happens to millions of people !. I had it and really it is from having alot of anxiety in your waking life!. The more you worry about it the more it may happen!. Examine your life do you have a happy social life for example, and a good relationship with your family and friends!? I not, work on it!. It is caused by bieng over emotional!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
