Question: My fever is going down!?
i took a Tylenol Liquid Gel, and my fever is going down and i Don't have a headache and dont feel dizzy anymore!.
I wanted to know what would be a good thing to eat now because I'm starving!. Would oatmeal or maybe ice cream be a good choice!?
And also are you suppose to eat hot foods or cold foods during a fever!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The cold/hot food thing is a myth!. Start by eating some soda crackers or toast!. If that goes okay add the oatmeal!. You should have something on your stomach when taking tylenol anyway!.
Soda Crackers are like Krispie Crackers, Zesta's etc!. I told someone once to eat soda crackers and they had no idea what they were!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
