I have angina and have never heard of An attack after a meal!. Angina is lack of oxygen to the heart,This itself can cause fatigue and one heck of a headache!. Nitroglycerin dialates blood vessels to allow more oxygen in to the heart therefore reliveing the pain from angina!. I would think something else triggered the attack ie: eating fast and not breathing correctly, stress etc!. Check with Dr to be sureWww@Answer-Health@Com

it should not unless you have poor blood flow
