I thought I did a good job washing my face but in the last few days my face just looks horrible!. I have a huge zit on my forehead and less noticable ones around my nose and lips !. let me walk you through my routine so you you can better understand me !. when I wake up I use clean and clear morning burst!. I put on deep cleaning astringent after almost everytime I wash my face!. in the shower I use the clean and clear blackhead clearing scrub!. after I wash my face before I go to bed I rub an ice cube all over it untill its gone!. I havent been wearing makeup and dont plan on useing much untill school starts!. I guess I wash my face around 3 times a day, what do you think im doing wrong, or what tips do you have on making it go away!. please dont say proactive because I dont want that!. sorry this was so long , but thanks for takeing the time to help me:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've got a few suggestions for you!. First of all, I would advise you to stop using the scrub, because scrubs can irritate your skin and cause more acne!. Also, is your skin oily, dry or combi!.!? Also, you have to give these things time because Acne can take a very long time to finally clear up!. I would also suggest a spot treatment for the really big pimples!.
