I'M PREGNANT AND I HAVE A STRICT THROAT WAT CAN I DO FOR IT !? I CAN'T TAKE LIQUID MEDICINE FOR SORE THROATS WAT WOULD HELP IT WILL GARGLING SALT WATER WORK!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Salt water gargles every 4 hours, drinking warm water with honey, throat lozenges or mints, and, if you're beyond the first trimester of pregnancy (over 3 months), Tylenol for the pain if it becomes severe!.

If these don't help, see your doctor to decide whether you have a strep throat and need antibiotics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
