exfoliate!. you can get off with squeezing the bigger ones that are closer to the surface but don't squeeze those which are under the surface as you will just hurt your skin and cause spots! Also if you book into a salon to get an MD [micro dermabrasion] facial, that might help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think Cetaphil would be the best cleanser!. Use with a mild facial scrub, mild because you do not want to irritate blackheads and whiteheads!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
