Yup, agree with all the responders!. Its flu with possible throat infection!. Just rest, drink a lot even if you don't eat that much and let your body heal!. It usually takes a few days!. Take tylenol if your fever is high, and tylenol will also help if you have aches in general!. Chicken soup is great if you can tolerate it!. If your symptoms get worse then see a doctor cause it could be a bacterial infection which means you'd need antibiotics!. But try just resting for a couple of days first and regain your strength slowly but surly!.

Sounds like a throat infection!. This could be either viral or bacterial, the commonest bacterial throat infection being due to streptococcal infection (strep throat)!.
See your physician, he'll do a throat swab for culture and start you on antibiotics if it looks like a strep throat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
