it could!. if you wash your hands and dont do stupid things like snuggling on a sick animal then you should be fine!. certain illnesses in animals can be passed to humans so it is never safe to love on a pet in their face if they are sick!. but if you just stay clean and wash your hands frequently you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
