Is my niece growing too quickly?!

My niece just turned 2 on 7/24!. She has had tests because she is kind of big!. She weighs about 35 pounds, the doctors seem to think she is going to be a giant, She is my sister's daughter, my sister's husband is a big guy and his niece is starting kindergarten, weighs about 60 pounds and is 4'5"!. The doctors do not seem to be concerned about her!. I am thinking her insurance won't cover her testing!. Back to my niece, not only is her body growing, but she is extremely smart, like I said she just turned 2 and is already potty trained, she can tell you all the animal sounds, I mean all of them, I asked her what a bat said and she said gave a high pitched screech!. I asked her what aunt Jen says (that's me) and she said "I love you Hailey"!. I asked what mommy says and she said "No no no!!" LOL!!! She can count into her 30's, knows her alphabet, and quite a few children's songs!. I love her to death and I know kids can be cruel!. I will post her picture, tell me what you think! Thanks y'all!!
