under the lower lip, i have this sore that came back from like 2 years ago at the VERY SAME spot!. at first, it was really itchy!. then the skin cracked and it really hurts!. and i can smell some foul thing from the sore!. what it is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like HSV-1 (herpes, but not to be confused with genital herpes- totally different beast) but more commonly known as a cold sore!. If possible see a doctor, but it will go away on its own and return again, and again, for the rest of your life!. Dont feel too bad, 90% of the population gets cold sores!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
