i agree with Sarah, take it slowly, even when getting up out of bed do it a bit slower and when just standing up from a chair,

I tried once before to stop but didnt manage more than 24 hours and i only felt dizzy when i smoked after that 24 hour gap!.
Side effects i have read about are dizziness, depression, palpatations, weight gain, panic attacks, beeing iritable, mouth ulcers, coughing for a few weeks!.
so far i have been lucky and not had too many cravings and i only felt lightheaded in the first 24 hours but everyone is different, i was smoking around 10 per day!.
Are you on any sort of nicotine replacement therapy!?!? I have been chewing nicotine gum at the times when i would normally have smoked, first thing in the morning, and after eating lunch and supper and so far it seems to be working!.
