ow guys i was running outside and as i was breathing in through my mouth a bug went inside and now i keep coughing really hard u know the ones where you could feel it in your lungs

It's NOT "eating your lungs"!!! Geez, it's dead as a rock by now!. Still it IS a foreign body in your lungs!. Your mucous will surround it and you will cough it out eventually!.
