Which Gatorade is better for dehydration?!
Question: Which Gatorade is better for dehydration!?
I dehydated yesterday and am on a water diet currently!. But I read on the internet that Gatorade or Pedialite are good for dehydration!. I will buy some Gatorade, but I realized there are different kinds of Gatorade!.(Tiger, Rain, etc!.) Do they vary in nutrients!? If so which one should I buy to replinish myself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't buy any of them!.!.!.especially Gatorade and Vitaminwater!. These have ridiculous amounts of sugar in them and only make you feel better because there's tons of salt and (sometimes) caffeine to help you retain what little actual water there is in said product!. You're better off buying one of those PUR water filters for your kitchen sink and drinking that to replenish lost fluids!. Just remember, if you're drinking water because you're thirsty it's already too late to keep yourself from dehydrating!. Most people walk around dehydrated and don't even realize it because the only symptom they have is a REALLY yellow stream of urine that carries an odor!. Peeing clear is really the easiest way to know you've got enough water in your body!. Don't forget!.!.!.water, water, water!.!.!.cuz, uh!.!.!.Gatorade sucks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you are a diabetic you should not usa ANY gatorade, any other sports drink, or any energy drink (Rock Star, etc)!. ALL of these have waaayyy too much suagr for a diabetic!.

If you are diabetic I wouldn't recommend gatorade as it has a ton of sugar!. What you are looking for are electolytes!. It maybe in the diet version they just came out with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just drink water and if you want some flavor add a bit of tea!. or lemon!.!.!.!.or any kind of citrus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
