Question: How to lower your high blood pressure!?
I just discovered that I have a high blood pressure (130/100) and I am only 24 years old!. I lived a sedentary lifestyle before but now I am going to start to work on Monday!. It is scaring the sh*t out of me thinking that I might be close to having a serious heart condition and die all of a sudden!.
Also, lately I found that I'm always anxious and easily startled!. Could this be the cause of my high blood pressure!.
I want to live my life for 50 years more!. What can I do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when i started going to the gym and lost 30 lbs my blood pressure decreased significantly!. i was very scared as i was 25 yrs old and the doc said my bp was slightly high!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Start exercising, such as aerobics like swimming and walking!.
Cut down on caffiene, like coffee or espresso!.
Don't eat too much fast food or TV dinners, because these have a lot of salt in them!.
You do not say if you are overweight, but if you are, then lose the excess pounds!.
And finally, see a physician for regular checkups, in case you may need medication!. But try to do the above first, before the meds!.
