Haven't eaten for 3 days due to sickness......?!


Question: Haven't eaten for 3 days due to sickness!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
been feeling really sick, vomiting, nausea, high temp!. couldn't eat only drank a lot of fluids, but now worst is over, what is the best thing i could eat now without upsetting my stomach again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shouldn't eat anything that acidic at all!. not too many bananas, no tomato soup, eat crackers [saltines are perfect and will soothe your throat], don't drink milk, have soup just make sure that no acid or acidic food is listed on the label, drink LOTS of water because you may be dehydrated from vomiting if you don't!. it stuff with protein like lentil soup!. try to stay away from large, chunky, or very solid foods!. they will be hard to digest due to loss of stomach acids and it may cause you to vomit more!. hope i helped and good luck!!!! feel better!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try toast with just a little butter!. Or crackers with some butter!. Drink some weak tea, perhaps without milk at first to see if you can take it!.
when we were sick as children our Mum used to make us sweetened cornflour to eat!. It's bland but tasted really good after being starved for several days!. You will soon feel better and your body will start to crave other foods!. then you will know you can eat a biger variety of things!.

Crackers is probaly the best!. i was like that a couple of days ago and i still have not recovered from it yet!. so heres me still sick!. but yeah crackers or Bananas or rasins!.

You should build up to solid foods!.

Start off with bland, not spicy foods that are easily digestible such as nutritional soups, eggs and light salads!. It may take a couple of days but you'll be back to normal in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avoid fats, including milk and citrus as these can aggravate bacteria!. Also, avoid caffeine as this stimulates the bowel!. Feel better soon x
