Can food cause heart pain a week later? (Example: Too much Salt)?!


Question: Can food cause heart pain a week later!? (Example: Too much Salt)!?
Please dont answer with "go to the doctor"!. I plan to, but right now, for the time being, Im wondering if you have ever heard of too much of something causing heart pain!. Im 26, skinny, and about 5 days ago I had a big jar of vinegar eggs (about 20)!. I ate majority of them over a period of about 3 days!. Im feeling a stabbing feeling in my heart (or maybe chest, hard to tell) every once in a while that lasts less than a second!. Since vinegar eggs have alot of salt, I was wondering if anyone has heard of too much salt affecting the heart this way so soon after eating it and from just one incident!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
