It depends on how long you have it!. How much it has spread, where it is, etc!. What I would do is wash the area really well, always wear clean clothes, and apply anti fungal cream to the area 3 X a day at least!. Also apply the cream a week after you don't see it anymore or the rash will come back in a lot of cases!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
