There is no medicine for a cold!.!.!.A cold is caused by a virus, so antibiotics will not work, because they only kill bacteria!. About the only thing that will help is taking a decongestant of some sort!.!.!.That will help with the sneezing/coughing/runny nose!.!.!.!.If you have a bad cough you can take cough syrup!. Vitamin C supposedly helps, too!.!.!.So maybe take a multivitamin!. Other than that, you can't do much about it!. And if it's more than just a cold, like you have ear pain or a bad sore throat!.!.!. The only thing that will take care of that is antibiotics, which you have to get from a doctor!. But try the other stuff first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
