Take LYSENE it is a pill found in the vitamins section in your store!
Take these about 5 times a day when you feel a cold sore coming on and it will stop it from coming out!
My son gets these ALL the time and this information came from his school teacher and his doctor!
You can take them everyday if you want but they just told me to take them about 5 times a day when you feel one coming on!. Do this for a few days until that feeling of one goes away!
It is like a viral thing !.!.!.and can BE very irritating because they HURT!
But if you do have an outbreak!.!.use abreva!.!.it is EXPENSIVE!.!.!.about $20 a tube but it helps!

Try abreva, I've been getting cold sores for years now, I started using abreva two years ago, right when the burning sensation starts and it never surfaces!. Once it does surface and blisters nothing will stop it and you can count on 10 to 14 days of embarrassment!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
