What can Diabetics eat?!
Question: What can Diabetics eat!?
My Dr!. keeps telling things I can't eat but what can I eat!. I can't eat pasta, or regular soda( i know that part)Www@Answer-Health@Com

ask your Dr to refer you to a diabetic educator/nutritionist who can help you tailor a food plan for you according to your needs, your likes and dislikes!. In the meantime the ADA has lots of information on healthy diabetic food choices and even recipes

Dr Bernstein's book Diabetes Solutions chapters 9 and 10 are excellent for deciding what foods you need to eat and how often!.

diabetics can eat whatever they want as long as you cover for how many carbs your eating !. im a diabetic too and i eat pasta but i only drink diet soda so i dont have to worry about the carbsWww@Answer-Health@Com
