Question: Sneezing and sniffling!?
hi does any one know why i wake up half way through the night sneeezing and sniffling!?please help its relly tiring me out!!the last time i remember having this problem was 10 or so years agoWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had a similar problem some months ago, only it was after i had got up that the sneezing and sniffling began, a doctor friend of mine suggested i try beconase nasal spray!. After 2 or 3 days the sneezing started to ease and after a week or so both eased to almost nothing!.Give it a try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its highly likely that you have dust mites in your bed!. Wash your sheets, comforters, pillow cases, and clean your mattress!. Vacuum your house, and dust everything out!. You could be allergic to something used in your pillow case or something!. Go to your doc and ask for an allergy test!.

You may have a slight allergy to dust, or if you have animals maybe they are getting on your bed when you are not home!. Another big thing is if you have a fan running in your room this will do it to!. Good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
