Question: I have a question about ice on a red pimple!?
I have no white heads just the red pimple school starts monday and got tons of them so need help fast possible so at night toothpast lot of it
then morning wash face but before I put tooth past on I heard that ice stops swelling do i just put the ice on it and how long or do i put it in a zippi bad and how long

Place a small amount of ice into a zip lock bag and then wrap the bag in a hand towel and place on effected area for 10 minutes!. Remove for 20 minutes and repeat three to four times a day!.
This helps the swelling, but will not help to clear it up!.
Something else you can do is wet a Wash Rag, place in a zip lock bag and freeze!. Wrap the bag in a towel and apply to effected area for 10 minutes, remove for 20 mins!. repeat three times a day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
