Every morning I feel really nauseous for about an hour, and then I feel extremely hungry!. I am not pregnant!. Could this be from low blood sugar!? Or does it sound like something else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Absolutely!. One of the main effects of hypoglycemia is light-headedness and nausea, you should eat a late night snack before you go to bed!. 4 ounces of fruit juice and a couple of graham crackers should keep you from being too low before you eat breakfast in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, this can be low blood sugar!. If you are a diabetic, eating a snack before you go to bed at night can help eliminate this in the mornings!. Even if you are not a diabetic, it can help!. Eat things like peanut butter crackers, (graham crackers) or a granola bar!. Stay away from eating sugary things before you go to bed, or drinking alcohol!. Both can cause your blood sugars to go low during the night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh H-LL YES!

But what I've found was more imporant for ME was low blood PRESSURE!.

3-4 days a week, I got up and had to puke [sorry]!. We though it was sinus drainage, so I took medicines for that -- no cure!.

We thought it was low blood sugar (I'm diabetic), but my blood sugars are frequently HIGH due to what the doctor says is "liver dump"!.

So I rented an automated blood pressure cuff for three weeks (Lots of the people at church are nurses !. !. !. !.)!.

Although I normally have mildly HIGH blood pressure, on the mornings I felt sick, my pressure was LOWER than normal!.

Doc backed of my BP meds, and the situaion is greatly improved!.

Definitely! Have some orange juice available!. It's the best thing when your blood sugar drops!. It's a quick "pick me up"!. You should also talk to your doctor to have your blood sugar tested!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
