Spreading of Infections/diseases?!

Question: Spreading of Infections/diseases!?
Can an infection/disease be spread by a simple kiss on the cheek or forehead, maybe a hug or a hand shake or by a toilet, bath tub, pools, towels, clothing, bedding!?
How about if somebody is crying and you get in contact with their tears or sweat!?
If yes, what type of infections/diseases are they and (please be specific) how they can be transmitted!?
Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Infections, colds, flu, can be spread by contact with the mucus or saliva from coughing and sneezing by the infected person!. Droplets fly through the air and land on you, or things that you touch!. This is why hand washing is one of the most effective ways of preventing the spread of flu, colds, and certain disease!.!. Most germs that cause flu or colds can only live out side the body for anywhere from a few minutes to several hours if it is on a hard surface, less on porous things like towels, rugs, clothing!. There are some viruses like the Hep C virus that can live outside the body up to 6 days and can only be killed by full strengh bleach!. If someone has a cold or the flu, I would refrain from kissing them unless I knew for sure they were no longer contagious!. Yes, it is possible for toilets, bath tubs to harbor germs, that is why you should wash your hands with hot water and soap or use a waterless hand cleaner with a disinfectent in it!. Tears and sweat normally do not transmit the cold or flu!. A hand shake can most certainly contain germs that may cause colds or the flu!. You don't know what the other person touched last!. Wash you hands, and try to keep from touching your face after a hand shake or touching things like door knobs, desks!.!.!.!.anything others have touched, unless you have washed you hands good first!. A quick rinse with a little soap is not good hand washing!. Use hot water and lots of soap, and lather up good and rinse in the hot water for several seconds!.!.!.!.
There are other diseases that are spread by blood or bodily fluids like semen!. Things like hepatitis, aids, herpes are not transmitted by casual contact!. Except for Hep A, it can be passed by hand shaking if the person has had contact with food or water infected with hep A and has not washed his hands!. Food workers are often ones that get infected with and pass this disease!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
