Question: What is this and how do I get rid of it!.!?
I will have a very small dot like itchy spot on my hands and then it flares to an open sore that is ugly and hurts!. What is it and how do I get rid of it!?

If it's between the fingers and on your palms the original small dots could be a form of allergic reaction!.!.!.the small dots could be hives!. Think back and remember if you have used any new chemicals!. (For me it was Pinesol!.!.!.I like it, but I HAVE to wear gloves when I use it!) The open sores resulted from my rubbing and scratching the first spots!.
I went to the doctor with my complaint, and I suggest you do the same!. My doctor prescribed a cortisone cream, and he told me to ALWAYS wash my hands thoroughly after all chemical exposure!.!.!.even yard work!. Turns out I have a few plants that give me the same reaction!.
So, my advice, see your doctor!.!.!.try some cortisone cream in the mean time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a hive or some bite and you scratch it and it becomes a scab!. Try Cortisone cream - or if it's really scabbed an antibiotic ointment - If it just flares on it's own seriously look in to making an MD appointment to see if it's not something more serious that you need a prescription for!.
