if you are coming off of smoking tobacco, I would recommend a vaporizer!. they give you the flavor and nicotine you desire from smoking while killing tons of the carcinogens and tar before they get into your system!. dipping can still give you oral and throat cancer after continuous use, while vaporizing appears to be the safest way to get your fix!.

I dip and chew that gum and let me tell you stopping dipping is harder than stopping smoking, there is this oral fixation that is so strong and they make all kind of different flavors of skoal it is more addictive than ciggarettes!.
I still dip sometimes but mainly I use the 4mg gum it helps but its not like dipping!. If you haven't started dipping don't its really messes with your teeth and gums next month I am paying over $7000!.00 dental work due to dipping for only 10 years!.
